And how many a prophet [fought and] with him fought many religious scholars. But they never lost assurance due to what afflicted them in the cause of Allah, nor did they weaken or submit. And Allah loves the steadfast.
اور بہت سے نبی ہوئے ہیں جن کے ساتھ ہو کر اکثر اہل الله (خدا کے دشمنوں سے) لڑے ہیں تو جو مصبتیں ان پر راہِ خدا میں واقع ہوئیں ان کے سبب انہوں نے نہ تو ہمت ہاری اور نہ بزدلی کی نہ (کافروں سے) دبے اور خدا استقلال رکھنے والوں کو دوست رکھتا ہے
कितने ही नबी ऐसे गुज़रे है जिनके साथ होकर बहुत-से ईशभक्तों ने युद्ध किया, तो अल्लाह के मार्ग में जो मुसीबत उन्हें पहुँची उससे वे न तो हताश हुए और न उन्होंने कमज़ोरी दिखाई और न ऐसा हुआ कि वे दबे हो। और अल्लाह दृढ़तापूर्वक जमे रहनेवालों से प्रेम करता है
