هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُنَزِّلُ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦٓ ءَايَٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَٰتٍۢ لِّيُخْرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ ٩

English Translation
It is He who sends down upon His Servant [Muhammad] verses of clear evidence that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And indeed, Allah is to you Kind and Merciful.
Urdu Translation (اردو)
وہی تو ہے جو اپنے بندے پر واضح (المطالب) آیتیں نازل کرتا ہے تاکہ تم کو اندھیروں میں سے نکال کر روشنی میں لائے۔ بےشک خدا تم پر نہایت شفقت کرنے والا (اور) مہربان ہے
Hindi Translation (हिंदी)
वही है जो अपने बन्दों पर स्पष्ट आयतें उतार रहा है, ताकि वह तुम्हें अंधकारों से प्रकाश की ओर ले आए। और वास्तविकता यह है कि अल्लाह तुमपर अत्यन्त करुणामय, दयावान है
