جو شخص دل (آگاہ) رکھتا ہے یا دل سے متوجہ ہو کر سنتا ہے اس کے لئے اس میں نصیحت ہے

निश्चय ही इसमें उस व्यक्ति के लिए शिक्षा-सामग्री है जिसके पास दिल हो या वह (दिल से) हाजिर रहकर कान लगाए
